Product from Our Sellers will be shipped only after payment verification. eCheck payments can take up to a week to be verified.
Orders under $450 will be shipped within two (2) business days of payment verification. Many orders are shipped the same business day. Orders greater that $450 will be shipped within five (5) business days of payment verification.
Paid Web Surveys Store sellers ships within the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, to most APO's, and to Canada.
International shipments can also be made.
Shipping cost will be calculated at the time of checkout according to the shipment destination.
All items are shipped via Federal Express.
All packages are insured before shipping for the full value of the order. If your order was lost or damaged a claim needs to be filed with FedEx. To file a claim please contact FedEx at 800-463-3339. You will need to provide the tracking number and proof of purchase. For proof of purchase you may use your payment confirmation email or your Paid Web Surveys Store Invoice. ALL claims must be filed within 21 days. Claims filed after 21 days will be denied.
Shipping charges are not refundable.

Returns and Warranties
Customers may return defective product purchased from Paid Web Surveys Store within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the delivery to our sellers. Customers may request a replacement product, otherwise company credit will be issued for the original purchase price minus a 10% handling fee.
A 30% restocking fee will be applied to:
1. Refused delivery or the return of an unwanted product.
2. An item returned as defective that is determined not defective, by our warehouse. Therefore, we suggest contacting the manufacturer as listed in your owner's manual for support prior to requesting a return authorization number.
All defective cellular phones and cellular phone accessories must be returned to the manufacturer. Paid Web Surveys Store sellers does not accept returns on these items.
All products are covered by manufacturer warranties unless otherwise stated in the product description.
New products: one (1) year.
Reconditioned products: thirty(30)-ninety (90) days.
Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30 days may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions.
To notify our sellers of a defective item within 30 days of receipt, and to request an #RMA number and instructions to return the item, please send us a message using the form on the "Contact Us" page. Please, allow up to 48 hours for a response to your message. Please state your name, invoice or order number and an item description in your message.
Returns must be in original factory condition and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
Please note that returns without a valid RMA number or products returned after 14 days from the date of the RMA number issue will be refused and the package will be returned to the sender. We recommend returns be made via FedEx insured freight only.
When your item is received in our seller warehouse they will promptly ship you a replacement. If a replacement is not requested, company credit will be issued. Please see the note above concerning restocking and handling fees for defective and non-defective returns.
Order Processing and Handling charges are not refundable.
Shipping charges are not refundable. You are responsible for all freight charges.
Paid Web Surveys Store sellers accepts no responsibility for loss or damaged items in return transit. Please, allow up to 7 business days to process your return.
